If it is your first time please plan on arriving 15 minutes before your appointment to give you time to park and find the suite. Please be mindful of other clients when booking. Please make sure to book the appropriate appointment and time for your availability. Read each description for the services carefully to ensure you book the correct one. Please do not hesitate to ask questions.
Please do not bring any extra guests to your appointment, unless they are also being serviced. If any guests are brought to your appointment without prior knowledge your appointment will be canceled.
We will now be requiring a non-refundable 100% payment when booking your appointments.
When arriving please be prompt. If your appointment is at 10 am. Then at 10 am, you should be knocking on the door. NOT just arriving, NOT in the parking lot, NOT coming up the elevator. Please understand that there are more clients after you who may be already waiting.
Hair Policy: If you are interested in booking a hair appointment please message me to book as the full amount is not required but a $25 deposit is and that can be sent via Cash App or Zelle. No deposit. No appointment. Shampoo services are provided. Hair is included in some services. Take-out or removal services are offered for an extra fee.
Late policy: We ask that each guest arrive at or before their appointment time. Any guest arriving more than 10 minutes late will be charged a 30% late fee. Late arrivals resulting in a cancellation which is after 15 minutes may be treated as a no-call/no show and appropriate fees will apply.
Cancellation/No-show policy: We understand that an unexpected life occurrence could arise that may force you to cancel your appointment. Our cancellation policy is to insure that canceled appointments can be swiftly refilled by a waiting client. Reminder text and emails are sent out a week, two days and another the day before the appointment to confirm appointments. Please do not contact me to cancel or reschedule your appointments. You are able to do so on your account. If it doesn't allow you to do so that means you have exceeded the 48 hour period. Appointments not reschedule or canceled 48 hours in advance are subject to a cancelation fee which will equal the total amount of your service or services. Cancellation fees are charged due to the 100% original retail price. Does not include coupons or discounts that are added. After 2 cancellations, or no shows your booking services will be revoked and you will no longer be able to get serviced with BeautyNStylesByJadeLLC. ALL NO SHOWS ARE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE.
Rescheduling: If occurrences happen and you need to reschedule after your initial appointment. You have before the 48 hour period to do so. You are only allowed to reschedule each appointment once. After the first reschedule, if an attempt is made to reschedule the same appointment again it will be cancelled. Please be mindful of the times and dates you pick when making the appointment.
